While playing at the pool yesterday morning Palmer got out to get a noodle to play with and he slipped on the tile and chipped his front tooth!! Oh my poor little guy. This is his first big accident. (Well beside when he swallowed a Christmas light bulb...and another trip to the Er luckily it came out a few days later and he was fine.....) So I rushed him to the dentist after I dropped Jack off at my friends house. Thank God for friends! Palmer was a great trooper!

You would think he goes to the Dentist every day! He was not scared at all! And this was not his normal Dentist. Or the dentist he went to when he was 2. This was the on call Dentist. She was WONDERFUL with him and he did not scream or cry! He was happy as a lark and let them take xrays like a champ! THANKFULLY there was no nerve damage. He has to go back in 3 weeks to have a re eval. He could still lose the tooth because there are fractures in the tooth itself but she is hopeful that that might not happen. She did not want to bond it yesterday since there was trauma to it and was hopefully do it in 3 weeks. She also said that it could turn grey. I really hope that this does not happen. I just feel so bad that he got hurt.

Of course I took pictures of him at the Dentist. I am sure they thought I was a bit odd for doing so but I *HAD* to document it all for his first big fall. He woke up this morning and said that his boob boo tooth hurt. My poor baby. Lots of snuggles and cuddles in store for today!!!

After the Dentist we went to a park that we saw on the way home. It has rained for a few days so it was quite muddy but I allowed the boys to go anyways since Palmer asked to go. Oh were they dirty. The park/playground was not that nice but they had fun!

A day at the Zoo

It was FINALLY nice enough outside to go to the zoo!! We actually went 2 days in a row!! Palmer woke up yesterday and asked "Bye bye car? Go see animals zoo? Please?" How can you tell a adorable kiddo NO when they ask so sweetly and THEN say Please? So off we went to the Zoo...........again. I think it was only 60 degrees which is a heatwave for us. However after the weather we have been having I will take it!! The sun was out! There was no snow or rain! Just sunshine! The boys were happy! What more could you ask for!

For some reason I had so many more of Jack than Palmer this time. Which is odd because normally it is Palmer I have more of.

After the Zoo we came home changed clothes and went to dinner with Hope of http://www.babyizabella.blogspot.com/ who Palmer thinks is "His Hope" and he will proudly tell you! Jack even calls her Palmer's Hope. We all had a great time at dinner and we can't wait until next month when Hope gets her referral!!!! Though I think Palmer is going to be a bit jealous of missing his tickle time!!!

Snow days AGAIN!!!

We had a HUGE snow storm last week!! The boys had a blast playing in it on Friday when we only had 4 inches. When we woke up Saturday morning and we had 14 inches they were not so thrilled to play in it!!! Palmer kept walking and saying "I stuck I stuck" It was just too cute!!! If I knew how to post videos I would post some videos of them playing in the snow.

It was the first snow that they were able to play in with their daddy! He is always out of town when it snows! Luckily his flight arrived at 1pm on Friday so he was able to be home before all the flights were cancelled and the roads were really bad.

It was finally nice enought (high 40's and sunny) to go out and play for a short time today. The boys have been growing very tired of being in the house every day due to rain, snow , and ice. They love the fresh air and I did too!! We took a walk around the block and looked for pine cones ( their favorite thing to do) Here is a fre pictures!!

Snow, coloring, mail and an update

The boys have FINALLY learned their ABC's. It has been the death of me to teach them. I have been singing and singing and writing and writing over and over and they have been REFUSING to learn them. I would sing and they would tell me to HUSH. Or they would not repeat them. I was getting so worried. Asking "What is wrong with them? Is something mentally wrong do they need to be evaluated? " And then they got it! They say them FINALLY! Or at least Palmer says them over and over again and Jack says them when asked!!! Hey it is a start!!!

Though Palmer did do something cute! When I was writing them I asked him to repeat them and he said J K L M N CEREAL P Q....I said what? I realized that the O to him looked like a Cheerio.........How silly





Palmer is on a kick rick now and thinks he is the mail man. Our mailman wears a blue hat and carries a boue bag so Palmer has to have a blue hat too!! Here is Palmer as the Mailman! He will walk around the house giving everyone mail letting everyone know he is the mailman and his name is "Joe".....Funny thing is our mailman's name is Patrick hmmmmmmmm.

Over the past 2 weeks on Tuesdays Louisville has seen snow. The boys have loved it!! I however have not! They are toastly warm in their snow suits and I am freezing to death!!!! They have a ball making a snowman. It had a head though Palmer knocked it off. We did put a new head on it before going inside! Palmer in the red hat

We had the boys Fall pictures taken recently. Oh what an experiences that was. Jack was so not interested in getting his picture taken on this particular day. And the photographer was just horrible and was not interested in getting the kids to smile or making them laugh. So I was not that happy with them. Palmer is almost always happy and laughing. He is always ready to say "CHEESE" for the camera. Here are a few pictures from the attempt of fall pictures. I am trying to post pictures. I still have no clue how to post pictures and write underneath them. As soon as I have a free second to figure out this blogger stuff I am going to work on it!!!. Here are some recent pictures of the boys.

They are in such a fun stage right now. They love pretending they are other people. They will come up to you and say " I am Joe" (from Blue's Clue's) or I am so and so. And they will only respond to that name for the time being. It is so funny. They also they they are each other!! Thankfully we can tell them apart!!

Halloween 2007

Oh It has been forever since I have updated this site! I do not have a lot of time right now. But I wanted to put a few pictures from Halloween. The just loved being Monkeys and it fit them to a "T"! They jumped around making monkey noises all night. I have yet to figure this program out but the first picture is
